Return and Refund Policy

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for apparel and sleepwear sizing issues, provided the item:

  • Has only been tried on for fitting purposes
  • Has not been worn beyond fitting
  • Is unwashed
  • Is returned in its original condition
  • Includes any original packaging where applicable

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for sizing-related returns and exchanges.
  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for general change-of-mind purchases.
  • Personalised, engraved and custom-made products cannot be returned for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
  • We do not charge restocking fees.
  • Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions and assess your request.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is faulty
  • You received the wrong item

We'll assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible through a refund, repair, replacement, or other appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases:

  • Personalised or engraved items
  • Custom-made items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

If any of the above items arrive faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, they remain covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and we will provide an appropriate remedy.

 

Exchanges

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • An exchange
  • A refund

The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

For apparel and sleepwear sizing issues:

  • Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • Customers may then place a new order for their preferred size.

The quickest option is often to return the approved item and place a new order once the return has been processed.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval.

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us for assistance.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

International Customers

International customers may have additional rights under the consumer protection laws applicable in their country of residence.

We accept returns, exchanges, repairs, replacements or refunds for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items where required by law or under this policy.

Personalised, engraved and custom-made products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
